No-fix No-fee
Our No-fix No-fee repairs policy works like this. If we can’t fix it we won’t charge. If we can fix it but you decide it is not worth fixing (beyond economic repair) then we reserve the right to charge for our diagnostic services if you don’t buy replacement kit from us. Cases where equipment is capable of being repaired but support and parts are only available to authorised dealers also fall outside our no-fix no-fee arrangement.
