About KCR

KCR Retail Systems, originally Kidderminster Cash Registers, has been serving the local community since 1973 and has been under its present ownership since 1992. Most of our work is done locally but we do have customers with branches over a large part of the UK from Preston in the north to Exeter and Bognor Regis in the south.

We supply, install and support Cash Registers and EPOS systems. Underlying this is our experience in more general IT areas including database development, data migration and the installation of computer networks.

At KCR our aim is to provide systems appropriate to the customer’s needs and in scale with their business. We won’t just sell you the biggest machine we can and run away. We like to develop a long term relationship with our customers and be around to sell them larger systems as their businesses grow. That is why most of our business comes as repeat business or referrals from existing customers.
